For my initial entry I would like to clarify what this blog is about. I am here to publicly record my wandering in the heart of Appalachia. My excursions take me hiking, fly fishing, and cooking, among other things. I do stray down a lesser-taken path occasionally and you, the reader, are invited to wander with me.
